The location I went to is very friendly, the staff were very accommodating. Radical Storage has not paid them in the last year. Unfortunate, as we had to pay an extra deposit and tip to them in person for them to watch our bags. Radical storage seems to refuse to pay the location at Reine Meches in Belfast, despite that they still took care of our bags. Do not book until they pay their partners. I feel I should receive a refund from Radical as they don't pay those who actually watch the bags.
