We arrived at 9:10am and our storage time was 10:30am. We waited because their sign read open at 10am. We waited outside for over a hour; my friend and I (both 67) had to stand and my sister (aged 77) was able to sit on her walker. Another group came along, also with a paid reservation and waited. Finally, the 2nd group found another Radical Storage. We put our luggage with them as well. They transferred our reservation, but this took forever. I had no internet and no contact!

Il ragazzo del negozio è stato molto cordiale, veloce e gentile nel riporre i nostri bagagli. L’ambiente mi è sembrato ordinato e ben gestito.
