Incheckningen skedde genom att jag visade min bokning på min telefon (qr-koden skannades inte) och muntligen uppgav mitt namn och telefonnummer. Inget kvitto gavs och appen indikerade aldrig att våra väskor släpptes av. Väskorna förvarades i det allmänna shoppingområdet med en presenning löst draperad över toppen (sidorna på väskorna var synliga), vilket inte verkade säkert. Slutligen kontrollerade de inte någon identifieringsinformation när jag hämtade dem. De frågade bara 'är det här dina väskor' och lät mig gå ut med dem.
Check in was completed by showing my reservation on my phone (qr code not scanned) and verbally providing my name and phone number. No receipt was given and the app never indicated that our bags were dropped off. The bags were kept in the public shopping area with a tarp loosely draped over the top (the sides of the bags were visible), which didn’t seem secure. Lastly, they didn’t check for any identifying information when I picked them up. They just asked “are these your bags” and let me walk out with them.

Great, local, safe storage
People were friendly and efficient, site was close by our accommodation so we could walk there, just round the corner from the brunch place where we wanted to eat, near the ferry pier for later sightseeing and the tube for easy transfer to the airport. Ideal, just wish we'd used it on arrival. Thanks for our lovely last day in Vancouver!
