Receptionisten på hotellet var trevlig, men jag blev förvånad över att våra väskor skulle lämnas i en mycket liten hotellkorridor, synlig från gatan, inte i ett separat rum. De förklarade att de inte skulle vara där från kl. 16.00 och bad mig att ta ett foto av dörrkoden. Även om väskorna sedan var bakom en låst dörr, hade i en mening alla med koden, alla som bodde på hotellet, alla som gick förbi när dörren stängdes potentiellt tillgång till väskor. Webbplatsen behöver mer information om detaljerna i lagring.

The receptionist at the hotel was nice, but I was surprised that our bags were to be left in a very tiny hotel corridor, visible from the street, not in a separate room. They explained they wouldn't be there from 4pm, and asked me to take a photo of the door code. While the bags were then behind a locked door, in a sense, anyone with the code, anyone staying in the hotel, anyone walking past as the door was shutting potentially had access to bags. Site needs more info on specifics of storage.

Love Risotto asian twist , Tom Yum Risotto is tasty and full filling. Got chef special for dessert, creme blule french toast , not too sweet but rich with tang of mandarin sauce . ,,,,,❤️

Smooth, well priced, but not totally as advertised.

Our experience with radical storage was overall a positive one. It was priced well and at a convenient location (Sydney Boutique Hotel). However, the website touted that the bags would be guarded by an actual human and not stuffed in traditional lockers. The human guards at this location wrapped up their day between 4-6 pm. For the next few hours are bags would be on their own by the reception desk. You did need a code to get in but if anyone walking by felt mischievous our bags may not have been there when we got back. But after reading through all the reviews we found no instances of bags going missing. Given the lack of other options we rolled the dice and left our bags. To our delight the bags were still there at 10pm. So if you’re cool leaving your luggage unattended for a few hours behind a locked door then book with radical. However, if the aforementioned makes you nervous, look elsewhere.
