Very reliable service and price

Очень надежный сервис и цена. Мне понравилась уверенность в том, что знать, где бросить и забрать или искать шкафчик или с нетерпением ждать, когда человек доставки появится на станции.

Very reliable service and price. I liked the assurance of knowing where to drop & pick-up vs. searching for a locker or anxiously waiting for a delivery person to appear at the station.

Very good experience

Ottima esperienza

I discovered by chance babnb doing a generic search on the baggage depoisto thanks to your excellent positioning in google results. Casually I was looking for a deposit near the central station of Milan and I chose your service as I found the price decidedly competitive compared to that of the luggage storage of the station itself. As for the Angel, the receptionist who welcomed me at the desk was accurate, professional and friendly. He asked me for the booking documentation, he affixed an ID card to my luggage, leaving a portion of it for pick-up the next day, and took the suitcase to storage. The following day the baggage collection was immediate at the presentation of my coupon and the baggage intact as I had left it. I travel very often for work and pleasure carrying with me heavy equipment (I am a photographer) in addition to the luggage itself. So knowing that I can lighten myself of some weight even for a few hours leaving it in a safe place at an honest cost, seems to me a real revolution in the quality of travelling.

Ho scoperto per caso babnb facendo una generica ricerca sul depoisto bagagli grazie al vostro ottimo posizionamento nei risultati di google. Casualmente stavo cercando un deposito in prossimità della stazione Centrale di Milano e ho scelto il vostro servizio in quanto ho trovato il prezzo decisamente concorrenziale rispetto a quello del deposito bagagli della stazione stessa. Per quanto riguarda l'Angel, la receptionist che mi ha accolto al desk è stata precisa, professionale e cordiale. Mi ha richiesto la documentazione della prenotazione, ha apposto un tagliando identificativo al bagaglio, lasciandomene una parte per il ritiro il giorno seguente e ha portato la valigia in deposito. Il giorno seguente il ritiro del bagaglio è stato immediato alla presentazione del mio tagliando e il bagaglio integro come lo avevo lasciato. Viaggio molto spesso per lavoro e per piacere portando con me attrezzature pesanti (sono fotografa) oltre al bagaglio stesso. Per cui sapere di potermi alleggerire di quache peso anche solo per alcune ore lasciandolo in un luogo sicuro ad un costo onesto, mi sembra una vera rivoluzione nella qualità del viaggiare.

Couldn't ask for better!.

Место для багажа, в которое я высадил багаж, было классно. Дама за столом была очень приятной и полезной и дала нам местную карту и несколько отличных указаний о том, как увидеть некоторые достопримечательности вокруг Болоньи. Не мог просить лучшего!

The baggage place I dropped my bags off at was great. The lady behind the desk was really nice and helpful and gave us a local map and some great guidance on how to see some sights around Bologna . Couldn't ask for better!.
