Foi uma ótima experiência. Nós apenas deixar as malas (o check-in foi realmente fácil) e desfrutar da cidade sem os problemas de transportar bagagem. Também o check-out foi fácil. Altamente recomendado.

It was a great experience. We just leave the bags (the check in was really easy) and enjoy the city without the troubles of carrying luggage. Also the check out was easy. Highly recommended.

A experiência com Radical Storage foi ótima. Nosso trem para Londres foi atrasado e percebendo que não seria capaz de deixar nossa bagagem no hotel antes de encontrar amigos que decidimos deixar nossos casos. Encontramos o serviço online e reservamos no trem. Tive dificuldade com a recepção no trem e quando eu não tinha recebido o e-mail de confirmação meu amigo enviou outro pedido. A resposta foi muito rápida, e nos disse tudo o que precisávamos. Deixamos nossos casos em um ponto central bem em frente à estação Leicester Square, que estava aberta 24 horas por dia. Depois de um dia inteiro de turismo, coletamos novamente sem problemas. Minha mãe foi oferecida ajuda para levantar seu estojo e estávamos muito felizes com o preço para um dia inteiro deixou bagagem para 3 casos. Excelente serviço será definitivamente recomendar e usar novamente!

The experience with Radical Storage was great. Our train to London was delayed and realising we wouldn’t be able to drop our luggage at the hotel before meeting friends we decided to leave our cases. We found the service online and booked it on the train. I had difficulty with reception on the train and when I hadn’t received the confirmation email my friend sent another enquiring. The response was very quick, and told us everything we needed. We dropped our cases at a perfectly central spot right opposite Leicester Square station which was open 24/7. After a full day sightseeing we collected again with no problems. My mother was offered help lifting her case and we were very happy with the price for a full days left luggage for 3 cases. Excellent service will definitely be recommending and using again!
