Pijnloos afleveren en ophalen. Het enige wat ik zou doen is het achter de bar achterlaten, voor mijn gemoedsrust had ik graag een lijst met waardevolle spullen/inhoud met foto's gehad voor het geval er problemen zouden zijn. Al met al erg goed hoor

Painless drop off and pick up. Only thing would be as leaving it behind the bar, for piece of mind I would of liked to have a list of valuables / contents with pictures just in case of any problems. All in all very good though

We hebben de service in Leeds gebruikt toen we terugkwamen van het Leeds Festival. Ik wou dat de instructies op de website over het betalen en vervolgens ontvangen van uw locatie duidelijker waren, maar afgezien daarvan 10/10 zou ik het aanbevelen en zelf keer op keer gebruiken.

We used the service in Leeds when coming back from Leeds Festival. Wish the instruction on the website about paying and then receiving you location were clearer but other than that 10/10 would recommend and use myself over and over again.

Ik kwam vroeg aan bij het busstation, dus een korte wandeling naar de bar. Ik ging even langs de buren voor een heerlijk ontbijt, want ik was wat vroeg. De plek waar ik mijn koffer afleverde, ging pas om 10 uur open, wat ik wist, maar toen ik hem afleverde, was de man in de bar aardig en ik haalde hem om 16.00 uur op. Allemaal heel efficiënt. De enige reden dat ik geen 5 sterren heb gegeven, is het feit dat de website aanbood om hem vanaf 9.30 uur af te leveren, maar de plek ging pas om 10 uur open. Zal hem zeker weer gebruiken.

I arrived at the bus station early so a short walk to the bar. I popped next door for a great breakfast as I was a bit early. The place I dropped off my case didn’t actually open til 10, which I was aware of, but when I dropped it off the guy in the bar was lovely and I collected at 4pm. all very efficient. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the fact that the website offered drop off from 9.30 but the place didn’t open til 10. Will definitely use again .
