When booking, I apparently didn't realize that it wasn't open 24 hours a day, but it said 24 hours somewhere. We arrived at the wrong time, but our luggage was accepted. Thank you for your generosity, it was perfect.

Location does NOT exist in real life. Scouted the whole area. Scam?

One of the closest locations to the train station :) Marc, the Spanish guy at the front desk, was a friendly young man; he was very helpful and treated us to some of the famous Swiss chocolates :)

Since I was able to check my luggage early in the morning, I was able to go on the tour light and free. The young man at the front desk was also very kind and wonderful.

A really great experience—open 24 hours a day. All we had to do was scan a QR code when we checked in and out—that's it. We're Spanish, and most of the staff spoke Spanish, which made everything much easier for us, especially the front desk employee named Marc—he was very friendly and a great worker!
