The store was easy to find. I stored two suitcases. They were kept behind the cash register counter. Since it wasn’t a locked room, I was a little worried. However, since there was a staff member present, I felt it was fine. The staff were quick and courteous. It’s really helpful to be able to sightsee without having to carry my luggage. The reservation process was also straightforward, so I plan to use this system in other countries as well.

Fast, convenient, and fantastic! When making the online reservation, I had a problem with the website closing and being charged twice. I sent an email to Radical Store and within a few hours I had the refund in my bank account. A perfect 10!

Very easy to use application, good service, efficient in indicating the location of the lockers. At first the staff didn't think they had a reservation because I had booked a few minutes before, but by checking their app they immediately identified the reservation. Price slightly high in my opinion.
