I was able to leave my belongings with them while I was at work. It was very helpful because it was close to my work. When I visited, there was no staff and the place was unlocked and anyone could enter, so I was concerned about security as it is in the middle of Kabukicho.

We needed a place near the train station to store our luggage before we took off for our evening flight… This was conveniently located nearby at a spot easy to(nobody can miss the Godzilla head across the street 😝) and Mai who served us was amazing, answering multiple questions we had about nearby Onsen facilities. Not only was she knowledgeable, helpful and sweet, but as a local guide, she spoke English very nicely. We appreciated the service offered as well as the extra help offered by a wonderful person! 😊💖

JB halal Food - this luggage storage place is so easy to find and very convenient just next to Shin Okubo train station. The shop owner is very friendly and kept my luggage’s safely. Will definitely use them again if I am staying in this area again
