I was fascinated by the idea - an app where you can find a locker near a desired location and book a slot. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use the service. I got my arrival day mixed up when I booked, and when I realized this, I couldn't find a "Change" or "Cancel" button for the reservation. I ended up not using the luggage room and lost money, which is a shame. But I hope to use the service in the future, I really like the idea.

Я перепутала день приезда, когда бронировала, и когда поняла это, то не нашла кнопки "Изменить" или "Отменить" бронирование. В итоге я не воспользовалась камерой хранения и потеряла деньги, что обидно. Но надеюсь воспользоваться услугой в дальнейшем, идея мне очень нравится.

I really recommend it!

I stayed in Sofia and I put my luggage in the central train station. It was very easy and smooth. I paid with my phone. I couldn't find the place but there was a phone call so I called them, they answered me and even sent me an email with a picture how the place that I should look for look like. So I put my stuff in until midnight and explored the city with a peace of mind. I totally recommend this.
