I had a very heavy suitcase that I wanted to store. I made the booking and once I turned up in person, I was being told the storage room is in the basement, so they wanted me to carry this suitcase down and then up the stairs. Thankfully the lady made an exception and agreed to put it aside on the ground floor. But had I known there were stairs and no lift, I would never book this place. I think this information is vital and should be included in the description. Not many people are fit enough to carry >25kg suitcase a floor up and down.
Otherwise, everything else was ok.
