We arrived at the agreed-upon time, but no one answered the door. We called, but they told us that the person in charge was out welcoming a guest (it’s a hotel). We called again after 10 minutes, and they told us to go up in the meantime and that someone would be there soon. A substitute (the cleaning lady) arrived 20 minutes later, and we left our suitcases with her. Everything went smoothly on the way back.

Siamo arrivati all'orario concordato ma non ci ha aperto nessuno. Abbiamo telefonato ma ci hanno risposto che la persona responsabile era fuori per fare un'accoglienza (è un hotel). Abbiamo ritelefonato dopo 10 minuti e ci hanno detto di salire intanto e che sarebbe arrivato qualcuno. È arrivato dopo 20 minuti un sostituto (la signora delle pulizie) a cui abbiamo lasciato le valigie. Al ritorno tutto bene.

Hard to find the location. Nothing is indicated on the door, niether on the door bell . Location is great and personnel sympathic

Prise en charge tres rapide sur le site et lors du dépôt. Un peu inquiétant de laisser 3 sacs a dos à une réception laissés a la vue et à la portée de tous mais cela sest finalement bien passé...
