If you have Wi-Fi, it works (the eSIM card alone isn't enough without Wi-Fi)... Communication via WhatsApp worked when dropping off the luggage, but not when picking it up, since I no longer had Wi-Fi (our taxi driver then called via WhatsApp)... Otherwise, the system is really good.
Wenn man ein Wifi / Wlan hat, klappt es (die Esimkarte ohne Wlan reicht nicht)... Die Kommunikation über Whattsapp hat bei der Gepäckabgabe geklappt, bei der Abholung aber nicht, da ich kein Wlan mehr hatte (unser Taxifahrer hat dann per Whatapp angerufen).... Ansonsten ist das System wirklich gut.
