It would be nice if you could choose the drop-off location exactly before booking. As it is, you don’t get the address until after booking, which sometimes results in unnecessarily long distances. In our case, the address provided was also incorrect, and customer support didn’t get back to us until an hour later.
Drop-off and pickup went absolutely smoothly, and the staff member at the shop was very friendly.
So, basically, it’s a good idea, but the execution still needs some improvement!
THE DEDUCTIONS IN THIS REVIEW PERTAIN EXCLUSIVELY TO “Radical Storage” AND NOT TO THE DROP-OFF LOCATION!!!
Schön wäre, wenn man vor der Buchung den Abgabeort genau aussuchen könnte. So bekommt man die Adresse erst nach der Buchung, was z.T. unnütz größere Entfernungen als nötig zur Folge hat. In unserem Fall war dann auch noch die angegebene Adresse falsch, der Support meldete sich erst eine Stunde später.
Abgabe und Abholung war absolut problemlos, die Kollegin im Shop sehr freundlich.
Grundsätzlich also eine gute Idee, die Umsetzung braucht noch einige Verbesserung !

At first we were a bit confused while finding the place - there were no signs outside, we had to go into the store to ask where this place was. And it turned out that it was just inside the store. :) But everything else was great - we left our bags and were able to spend the whole day before the flight in the evening in the city.
