Der Verantwortliche war sehr nett und freundlich, aber die Registrierung des Gepäckstückes funktionierte nicht richtig. Ich habe keine Bestätigung bekommen. Das Scannen sollte verbessert werden! Das Gepäckstück war dann noch da, aber es war eben auch eine Unsicherheit während der Abwesenheit, weil keine Quittung erhalten.
