Both check-in and pickup were chaotic. When we picked up our luggage, we had a bit of a scare because it wasn't the same person who had checked us in, and at first they didn't know where our suitcases were. It was a very unpleasant feeling... But after five long minutes of frantic phone calls, we finally got our suitcases out of some tiny storage cubicle, undamaged.
