The luggage storage in the middle of Marseille's old town worked via this platform. However, as we were standing in front of the closed shutters of the Radicalstorage cooperation partner both when dropping off and picking up our luggage, even during the official store opening hours, we had to make a phone call each time. The first time we only had to wait 2 minutes, but it took 14 minutes to pick it up. However, the charming and repeated apologies from the mobile phone store operator put an end to the annoyance.
Die Gepäckaufbewahrung mitten in der Altstadt von Marseille hat über diese Plattform geklappt. Da wir aber sowohl beim Abgeben wie auch beim Abholen des Gepäcks auch während der offiziellen Ladensöffnungszeiten vor dem verschlossenen Jalousien des Radicalstorage-Kooperationspartners standen, mussten wir jedesmal erst hinterhertelefonieren. Beim ersten Mal entstanden nur 2 Minuten Wartezeit, beim Abholen hingegen schon 14 Minuten. Die charmante und mehrfache Entschuldigung des Mobilfunkladenbetreibers ließ aber den Ärger verpuffen.
