The treatment was great, and despite being closed at the time of baggage claim I was attended with great kindness. My only complaint is that apparently there was a mistake, I understand that on my part, when I made the reservation and put 2 suitcases when I only had one. I sent an email immediately, on the 29th, in order to solve it, and not only has it not been solved, but nobody has even answered me. They said they didn't know anything about it. I would like this to be solved since I have paid double what corresponds to the service provided. Thank you.

El trato fue genial, y a pesar de tener cerrada a la hora de la recogida del equipaje me atendieron con mucha amabilidad. Mi única queja es que al parecer hubo un error, entiendo que por mi parte, al hacer la reserva y ponía 2 maletas cuando sólo llevaba una. Puse un correo inmediatamente, el día 29 con el fin de solventarlo, y no solo no se ha resuelto, sino que ni tan siquiera nadie me ha contestado. Ellos decían que no sabían nada al respecto. Me gustaría que esto se solucionara ya que he abonado el doble de lo que corresponde al servicio prestado. Gracias.
