The location was good and the people working there were helpful. The only problem I had was that I dropped the bag off around 1 pm and when I went back at 3PM it was closed for the siesta period until 5pm! This meant we missed our train to Valencia and had to spend an extra night in Madrid in a hotel, costing us 300 euro for new train tickets and hotel! It was not clear to me that the place would be closed in the afternoon. I am just writing this to warn others to read the details carefully to avoid such a situation!
