Very convenient because the place where they had me drop my luggage Er very close to Lyon Perrache station.
The customer service was very efficient and they solved my problem brilliantly (I had made a mistake in selecting the day of the reservation). I made a new reservation and they refunded the cost of the previous one.
Not so good is the fact that it seems that the insurance is optional and instead it is not possible to deselect the option
