Employer didn't know what app to use for our reservation.Had to help him/show him the right one. They didn't seem to be much interestet in general.
Location seemed kind of odd. The Bag is stored under the Desk and not in a seperate Locker .
Location is easy accessable, 24/7 open.
Pickup went as planned , no problems .

Great location, right opposite Lambeth North tube and not far from Waterloo.
Staff didn’t really seem to understand the process and seemed confused when I arrived.
Eventually showing my qr code seemed to work and was able to drop my rucksack off.
When I went to collect my bag, the staff again seemed to struggle with the service they offer, and eventually a member of staff understood why I was there and for my bag.
Next time will pay more and go to a train station!
