Very convenient collection point (with parking) - The only slight downside was that the barcode scanner for collection wasn’t working very well, so I had to contact customer service (who responded quickly and efficiently) and they confirmed that I should keep trying – which eventually worked.

Consigne très pratique (avec parking) - Seul petit bémol, le scan du code barre pour le retrait fonctionnait plutôt mal et j'ai dû contacter le service (réponse rapide et efficace) qui m'a confirmé que je devais persévérer dans mes essais qui ont finalement abouti.

I thought it might be a scam: the website won’t give you the address until you’ve paid, and several reviews suggest the place doesn’t actually exist. But in reality, the bar-tobacconist at No. 54 does indeed offer a luggage storage service, and you can use it by paying on the spot without booking in advance :)

Je me suis imaginé que c'était peut-être une arnaque: le site refuse de donner l'adresse avant de payer et plusieurs revues indiquent que le lieu n'existe pas. Mais en réalité, le bar tabac au #54 propose bien un service de dépôt de bagage, et il est possible de le faire en payant sur place sans réservation au préalable :)
