We had a 10am reservation and the store was closed, so we had to call the owner to ask him to come over. Not a very reassuring place to start with, but in the end everything went smoothly.

Nous avions une réservation à 10h et le.magasin était fermé nous avons dû appeler le propriétaire pour lui demander de venir. Lieu peu rassurant au départ mais au final tout s'est bien passé.

I was a bit skeptical when I dropped it off, as the suitcase was deposited at the back of the store and I had dropped it off for a whole week. Nevertheless, I extended it for another day on the way. Everything worked perfectly. The owner was very friendly and everything was uncomplicated.

Bei der Abgabe war ich etwas skeptisch, da der Koffer im hinteren Bereich des Geschäftes deponiert wurde, und ich den Koffer doch für eine ganze Woche abgegeben habe. Habe dennoch für einen weiteren Tag von unterwegs verlängert. Hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Besitzer sehr freundlich, und alles unkompliziert.
