Didn’t like you were given the location after buying. But it wasn’t a bother dropping them off. But they did charge us extra once we were there for our pillows that were on top of the suitcases wedged in the handles. They said it will take up another space. But when we got them back they clearly hadn’t moved them off the suitcase and were probably just left in a back room or something. So I’m not happy I got charged more for no reason

The location was difficult to find and it would have been helpful to be told the name of the shop we were looking for in advance. We had no idea what the premises would be like, and an address on a road of shop fronts is not particularly helpful.
