The drop off location was located near a transit hub. Our check in time was pretty late so when we took the transit from the airport to downtown, it was a life saver that we could drop it off right outside the station and your the city without worries. The gentleman that received our luggage was pleasant and helpful. Will certainly use the service and app next and recommend it everyone I know.
