I made my reservation through the web and then added more hours through the app. I still received an autimatic message that my time was up. But when I arrived to pick up my luggage Zalan, the locker guy, was super nice to me and handled it super well and I had no problems.

Hice mi reserva por la web y luego añadí más horas a traves de la app. Igualmente recibí un mensaje autimatico como que mi tiempo habia finalizado. Pero cuando llegue a recoger mi equipaje Zalan, el chico del locker, fue super amable conmigo lo gestiono super bien y no tuve problemas.
