I unfortunately lost 40min of my time trying to find the storage location. It pointed to a place where no buildings are, it didn’t share the same location as the shop (storage). I operated just with the navigation from the RS app and unfortunately didn’t look back immediately into the app where the name of the shop was. Finally I did so, the service was ok, staff as well. I learnt the business model of RS the hard way (no visible signs of RS, no precise location, everything in app only)
