The store was not open at 10:00 so I called the phone number of the shop and at 10:15 2 x people appeared without so much as a hello. We deposited our bags in the store and returned early before the pickup time to retrieve our bags and luckily there was someone there to give us our bags. All was well with the luggage and they were nice enough but don’t think we would leave our bags there again in the future. The customer service aspect was lacking.
