4.5* really. There is room for improvement. When I arrived at the storage location the person in charge didn't know what I was talking about. When they spoke to the manager there was miscommunication. It all worked out in the end and my bag was taken care of.

Bag was stored in the back room, locked and on an elevated surface (no chance of standing water getting it wet). Drop off and pick up was very quick and easy.
