Overall, it was a good experience. Easy booking, easy check-in. However, we did not like that at the hotel they did not put any label on the baggage, and they do not supervise what you take, so there's a chance that someone will bring your luggage.

Simple process, friendly staff. Bus out of Bangkok wasn't until the evening so this allowed my partner and I to sightsee for the day without all our bags. Amazing.
