More Attentive Host Needed
This was my second time using this shop to store suitcases, and while the first was good, the second was the opposite. When I arrived at the collection time the shop owner was not there, only his wife who did not even have the app to check me out. She had to leave the shop to go find him and bring him back, making me almost miss the bus for my flight home. Completely unprofessional to not even be in the shop when your customer is meant to be picking up their luggage.

My flight to NZ landed at 6am, check in at my accommodation was at 3pm, there was a screaming child on the overnight flight, I am dead on my feet in Auckland and the last thing I want to do is lug my suitcase around for 9 hours. I googled luggage storage in desperation and was saved! Thank you for coming to my rescue!
