Terrible Experience - Theft from My Luggage Thad an extremely disappointing experience with this luggage room. Upon retrieving my suitcase, I discovered that valuable jewelry had been stolen from inside. I am certain the items were packed securely before I dropped off my bag. Unfortunately, when I reported the theft, the staff was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. This place does not feel safe, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services. It's unacceptable to have belongings stolen in what should be a secure storage area. I will not be returning and recommend others to be cautious.
