훌륭한 솔루션. 짐을 맡긴 매장의 가격도 훌륭하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 유일한 문제는 배송 장소로 가는 방법과 관련된 것이었습니다. 잘못된 안내로 인해 시간을 허비하고 4블록이나 떨어진 곳에 짐을 두고 왔어요. 여행자에게 정말 도움이 될 수 있도록 앱의 길 안내를 개선해 주세요. 감사합니다.

Great solution. Excellent pricess and good service at the store where we left the baggage. The only problem was related to the instructions to get to the delivery place. It was wrong and it made me loose time and carry my luggage 4 blocks without any need for that. Please improve the directions in the app that it will really help travellers. Thank you.

정말 이 서비스는 기내 반입 가방 이후 여행에 있어 최고의 혁신이라고 생각합니다. 호텔에서 일찍 체크아웃했지만 펜 스테이션 근처에서 쇼핑을 하고 점심을 먹고 싶었지만 무거운 여행 가방을 들고 인파를 헤쳐나가는 것은 불가능했습니다.

Seriously this service is the best innovation in travel since the carry-on bag I am not kidding. We had checked out of our hotel early but still wanted to go shopping and eat lunch near Penn Station, but carrying heavy suitcases through the crowds was impossible.

We were worried about finding a place big enough to hold four large bags and three backpacks before heading to MSG for a concert. This hotel lobby partnered with Radical Storage was huge and the concierge were quick and super professional they handled all our items immediately. The digital check-in system created an instant record that made us trust the security even more than we usually would with a local shop.

They stored my bags behind a secured door which was exactly what I wanted for my expensive equipment. The transparent flat fee is fantastic there are no hidden fees or upcharges for weight or size which I appreciate a lot. This company really understands what travelers need they made a really bad transit mishap into a fun unplanned afternoon.
