래디컬 스토리지의 간판은 바로 옆 피자 가게 밖에 있어서 처음에는 엉뚱한 곳으로 갔어요. 실제로 선물 가게에 있는지 알 방법이 없었습니다. 가방은 고정되어 있지 않고 방치되어 있습니다. 앱에는 QR코드가 있지만 실제 가방에는 아무것도 붙여져 있지 않아서 3시간 후에 가방을 찾으러 갔을 때 가방은 있었지만 실수 또는 고의로 다른 사람의 가방을 가져갔을 수도 있습니다. 이 시스템은 악용될 소지가 있는 엉터리 시스템입니다.

The sign for Radical Storage was outside the pizza store next door so we initially went to the wrong place. There's no way to know it's actually in a gift store. Bags are left out, not secured. Nothing was put on the luggage to indicate that it was ours - there's a QR code in the app but nothing pasted to the physical bag...so when we came to pick it up 3 hours later, it was there, but we could've taken someone else's bag (accidentally or on purpose). This is a shit system, open to abuse.

위치는 극장과 가까운 기념품 가게였고 11시까지 영업해서 공연이 끝난 후 가방을 찾을 수 있었어요. 추천합니다!

Location was a souvenir shop, close to theaters and open until 11 so I could pick my bags up after a show. Would recommend!

This was easy and a great location. When I came back to pickup my luggage, the guy (different person then when dropped off) asked for the email with their address. He didn't scan the code nor ask me to identify my luggage. He sent me back to grab it. I would think a name tag on the luggage and an ID would be a better security practice.
