스토리지를 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 제가 받은 메시지에는 입력해야 할 코드가 누락되어 있었고 연락할 수 있는 전화번호도 없었습니다. 위치를 찾은 후에는 모든 것이 괜찮았어요. 짐을 찾으러 가기 15분 전에 메시지를 보냈고 문제없이 짐을 찾을 수 있었습니다.

The storage was difficult to find. From the message I received was missing some code we would have needed to enter and there wasn't any phone number we could have contacted. After we found the location all was fine. We messaged 15 minutes before we went to reclaim our luggage and that went with no problem.

기분이 엇갈리는 경험이었습니다. 주인분은 친절하고 도움이 되셨지만, 장소를 찾기가 어려웠습니다(안뜰에 위치해 있고 문을 직접 열 수 없기 때문이죠). 게다가 앱이나 주문 확인 메일에도 유용한 정보가 전혀 없었습니다. 게다가 웹 채팅 지원도 별로 도움이 되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 답변이 엄청나게 느립니다(30분 이상 걸리기도 하죠). 주인분이 친절하신 덕분에 별점을 3개로 올렸습니다…

It was a mixed expierence. The owner is nice and helpful, but it’s hard to find the place (it’s in a inner yard and you can’t open the door on your own) and neither the app nor the order mail contains helpful information. Also the web help chat is not helpful and super slow in answering (as in 30 min +). The owner is nice that’s what brings it up to three stars…

그 남자는 매우 도움이 되고 예의 바르고 항상 웃는 얼굴이었어요. 우리는 물건을 가지러 왔다 갔다하는 등 4번이나 그를 방해했지만 그는 우리를 도와주는 데 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 1000% 추천합니다.

The man was Super helpful and polite and always super smiley. We disturbed him 4 times having to come and go to pick up things etc and he had no issue in helping us out. I suggest 1000%
