SCAM No custumer service, they accepted my payment of 41€ and didn't send me any code or confirmation. I've been trying to contact them but they have no number to call, the one they have it's UK number that gives you an automated message telling you to use their email, it's been almost a week and no one answered. They say they have a chat available but that also conveniently for them doesn't work. In the meantime I'm still waiting for my refund with no reply in sight.... ***UPDATE They answered this review saying I should contact their support email but they mysteriously deleted it a couple of days after, probably knowing I did exactly that already and trying to avoid acknowledging any responsibility. I see I will have to dispute this with my bank. There are a lot of other companies offering the same service around, I choose Bounce and it worked perfectly. Skip this scammers!!
