Very convenient service. The angel partner was professional and we had no issues

We had made some purchases while in the city, and the bags were heavy. We were thrilled to find a way to store them near the train station for pick up later in the day. The site kept stalling and asking me the same questions. I ended up booking twice. I asked for a refund on extra booking. No refunds. Only credit for use in the future. The storage location was in a gift shop that was crowded and hard to find because the building was under construction. They just set our bags behind the counter with tons of other bags. We wondered if we’d ever see them again but it all worked out in the end.

I arrived in nyc early in the morning and my checkin time wasn't until 4pm. Place is an electronics store- they were super nice and attended to me immediately. I came to pick the bags up 30 mins before my scheduled time and they gave me no problems about it. Bag was in good hands. Will be using their service again
