I was completely scammed by this luggage storage location. When I arrived, the door was locked. I entered the access code multiple times, but the door never opened. The place appeared to be a residential unit, possibly an Airbnb. An Airbnb guest who was there kindly helped me and called, but they were told that this place does not provide luggage storage services. If this location is no longer operating as a luggage storage point, it should be removed immediately. Customers are paying for this service and trusting the information provided on the platform. I paid for this service but was unable to use it at all. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially while traveling with luggage. Please do not book this location.

This is not a luggage storage, and it is not a safe location. When we arrived the door was locked, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk, and there was trash surrounding the building. We stood outside trying to contract support for 45 minutes in the heat without hearing any response.
