The luggage storage is conveniently located inside a hotel very close to the main train station. As is often the case with areas near train stations, the neighborhood feels a bit shabby, and I personally wouldn’t recommend walking around there after dark. We dropped our luggage off on a Thursday morning with no issues, but when picking it up on Sunday afternoon, I didn’t feel particularly comfortable in the area. Inside the hotel, the process was smooth and reassuring. You leave your luggage with the receptionist, and both receptionists I interacted with were very friendly and professional. I especially appreciated that when the receptionist learned we were leaving our bags for four days, he placed them in a secure glass wardrobe. That added peace of mind. One tip: check your spam folder for the pickup code email. Mine wasn’t in the main inbox, so it’s worth double-checking to avoid delays. Overall, despite the neighborhood, I would definitely use this luggage storage again — convenient location, friendly staff, and secure storage.
