Easy to book online. Easy to find. Good price. Great location.

Booking was easy enough via the app, no idea if price was fair as didn't really shop around. We had massive issue though trying to locate the drop off point! The directions provided (opened in google maps) took us to Number 44 Rynek Glówny at the edge of the market square. The actual drop off is in the street called Floriańska, then go to Banjualuka (cafe/club), to the right of the club is an alleyway with a metal gate and a souvenir stall just in the entrance, this is the drop off point!

Being able to leave our bags right at the main square was very convenient for us as we had a late flight home and wanted to make the most of our last day in krakow before returning home. We did have some difficulty finding where we were to leave bags as Google maps kept taking us to the actual church building. I would recommend that Radical Storage give more details on how to find the shop where bags were to be left. Maybe some signage would be a good idea as well. Once we found the shop keeper who was taking our bags all went smoothly and we collected later the same day without issue. I would use this service again.

The luggage storage is a great idea, though it did take a little time to find the exact place, maybe a sign over the door would help for customers in the future, however the gentleman was lovely and friendly when we did find him. The idea of being able to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out of the appartment was a great idea, leaving us free to enjoy our last few hours in Krakow. I definitely recommend it
