The name of hotel didn't match the one in the app catalogue. When using the 'navigation' feature, I only had an option of apple maps which work poorly and don't have as much details about the location as google maps. When I was leaving my luggage, there was no separate storage left, so my bags just stood in the hall. When I was picking my bags, the hotel worker didn't know what I was talking about, and only the manager was able to explain to him what was going on. But they still didn't close my order, so I kept getting notifications that I exceeded my booking slot and need to pay extra.

Simple process, hassle free, quick and easy. Really no complaints!

Luggage drop off was incredibly easy and the staff at the hotel were really helpful. They helped us book on taxi to the airport and checked up on it multiple times as we were in a rush and the taxi was delayed due to traffic. We really appreciate their help in getting us to the airport on time

We had a very good experience with the staff of radicalstorage. It was a great help for us. Very respectful.
