Surprising to drop our luggage off in a market we were a little anxious about that, I thought I would be in a locker with a key. The people were very nice and our luggage was well taken care of.

La aplicación es muy buena, el lugar para guardar estaba cerrado pero desde la aplicación me ofrecieron cambiar el lugar

We booked a storage solely based on location. The fact you don’t know where exactly your luggage will ve stored before you book is a little insettling. When arriving at the location it looked a little dodgy. Also apparently there was no separate and closed off room. We were hesitant but had no real other alternative. The whole day we were a little nervous. In the end we were able to retrieve our luggage without any problem, but it’s a shame there is a feeling of nervousness because of the location that we were not able to choose. Having said that, the website worked fine, and communication via email was good and professional looking and thus reassuring.
