È stato facile prenotare, ma la posizione era confusa. Diceva che si trattava di un'impresa edile, ma è una gelateria. È stato un po' confuso e frustrante e ci è voluto un po' per capirlo. Non c'era nemmeno un numero di telefono, quindi non ho potuto chiamare il negozio.

It was easy to book but the location was confusing. It said it was a construction company, but it's a Gelato shop. Which was confusing and frustrating and took a while to figure out. There was also no phone number provided, so I couldn't call the shop.

Ottimo posto dove lasciare i bagagli. Basta tenere presente che i bagagli vengono riposti in un armadio in un locale sul retro, senza serratura. Il negozio è poco frequentato, quindi mi è sembrato abbastanza sicuro.

Great place to store luggage. Just be aware the luggage is stored in a back room closet with no lock. The shop gets minimal foot traffic so it seemed pretty secure.

Staff seemed primarily focused on the café rather than assisting guests with luggage. Despite clearly seeing we had bags, we were left waiting while other work was prioritised. We were also not shown where our luggage would be stored; it was taken behind the counter without explanation, and we had to ask for clarification. It was also really difficult to find the store - Some signage would be helpful.

È semplicissimo e adoro questo servizio. L'indirizzo non è indicato sull'edificio, il che rende più difficile trovare il posto giusto. Una qualche indicazione o l'indirizzo sull'edificio renderebbe più facile orientarsi. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, e in più il gelato era ottimo. :)

Very easy and love this service. Address is not on building making it harder to get the right place. Some kind of sign or the address on the building would make it an easier transition. People were lovely and accommodating plus they had great ice cream. :)
