4,5* en réalité. Il y a encore des progrès à faire. Quand je suis arrivé au lieu de stockage, la personne responsable ne savait pas de quoi je parlais. Lorsqu’elle a parlé au responsable, il y a eu un malentendu. Tout s’est finalement bien passé et on s’est occupé de mon sac.
Ayez toujours une photo de votre sac.
4.5* really. There is room for improvement. When I arrived at the storage location the person in charge didn't know what I was talking about. When they spoke to the manager there was miscommunication. It all worked out in the end and my bag was taken care of.
Always have a photo of your bag.

Le sac était rangé dans l'arrière-boutique, sous clé et sur une surface surélevée (aucun risque qu'il soit mouillé par de l'eau stagnante). Le dépôt et le retrait se sont déroulés très rapidement et facilement.
Bag was stored in the back room, locked and on an elevated surface (no chance of standing water getting it wet). Drop off and pick up was very quick and easy.

Le dépôt et la récupération se sont déroulés à merveille !! Je n'ai même pas eu besoin de me présenter à la dame, elle nous a tout de suite indiqué où déposer nos bagages. Je referai appel à eux et je les recommanderai autour de moi à l'avenir !
Drop off and pick up went perfectly!! I didnt even have to tell the lady who I was and she was already showing us where to put our luggage. Will use again and refer people in the future!

C'était un excellent choix pour nous. À 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Les dames étaient vraiment charmantes et nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui se rendent à Brindisi.
This was a brilliant choice for us. 5mins walk from the train station. The women were really nice and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend here to anyone travelling to Brindisi.
