L'Ange qui a offert le service était idéalement situé juste en face de notre AirBnB. Incroyablement sympathique et une transaction si facile ! L'amour que notre hôte a recommandé ce service pour notre dernier jour après le départ afin que nous puissions continuer à explorer la ville jusqu'à notre vol tardif. Sera certainement à l'affût de ce service à l'avenir !
The Angel who offered the service was conveniently located right across the street from our AirBnb. Incredibly friendly and such an easy transaction! Love that our host recommended this service for our last day after check-out so we could continue to explore the city until our late flight. Will definitely be on the lookout for this service in the future!

Nous avons déposé 4 bagages à 11h le dimanche après que notre hôte AirBnB ait recommandé le service. J'ai trouvé un endroit à environ 1 km de Wrigleyville. C'était un peu étrange que nous déposions des sacs dans un restaurant et que le personnel ramassait nos bagages. Mais, la jeune dame au comptoir savait quoi faire et était très rapide et professionnel/agréable à ce sujet. Je suis revenu ce soir-là pour obtenir les sacs et tout a bien fonctionné ! Fortement recommandé !
Dropped off 4 bags at 11am on a Sunday after our AirBnB host recommended the service. I found a location about a mile from Wrigleyville. It was a little odd that we were dropping off bags in a restaurant and that the staff were collecting our bags. But, the young lady at the counter knew what to do and was very quick and professional/personable about it. Came back that evening to get the bags and everything worked out smoothly! Highly recommend!

Cela a fonctionné mais pas comme je l'espérais
It worked but not how I hoped
Nous n'avons reçu aucun type d'enregistrement de réclamation lorsque nous revenons pour obtenir notre sac qu'ils nous ont offert le sac de quelqu'un d'autre aussi. Heureusement pour la personne qui est arrivée 10 minutes plus tard pour leur sac, nous étions honnêtes sinon j'aurais deux sacs maintenant
We didn’t receive any type of claim check in when we return to get our bag they offered us someone else’s bag also. Fortunately for the person who arrived 10 minutes later for their bag we were honest otherwise I’d have two bags now
