No hassle

Mi experiencia con Radical Storage fue excelente, la reserva fue super simple, la estructura de precios era muy transparente, y no tengo quejas. Con respecto a mi Ángel, los chicos eran muy educados, amables y tranquilos, no había problemas, nos quitaron las maletas y no les importaba que hiciéramos un poco de reembalaje cuando llegamos allí. Llegamos 5 minutos tarde para cobrar pero no les importó nada. Todo muy relajado, y realmente hizo nuestro tiempo en Amsterdam mucho más cómodo.

My experience with Radical Storage was excellent, the booking was super simple, the pricing structure was very transparent, and I have no complaints. With regards to my Angel, the guys there were really polite, friendly, and chill, there was no hassle, they took our bags from us and didn't mind us doing a bit of repacking when we got there. We turned up 5 minutes late to collect but they didn't mind at all. All very relaxed, and really made our time in Amsterdam much more comfortable.

It worked perfectly as advertised. About 2 blocks from Naples central station was the hotel that kept our bags for the day.

Bag BnB era justo lo que necesitábamos mientras esperábamos nuestro vuelo nocturno desde el aeropuerto de Malpensa de Milán. Tuvimos que salir de nuestro hotel antes de las 10 de la mañana y nuestro vuelo no salió hasta las 10 de la tarde. Bag BnB was just what we needed while waiting for our late night flight from Milan's Malpensa airport. We had to check out of our hotel by 10 am and our flight didn't leave until 10 pm. Un servicio excelente. El punto de entrega se encuentra en una posición muy central y nuestro equipaje se guardaba de forma segura en una habitación cerrada. Nos pareció muy útil y podemos disfrutar de nuestro último día en Venecia sin llevar nuestras maletas. La colección fue sin problemas al final del día. Puedo recomendar este servicio.

An excellent service. The drop off point is in a very central position and our baggage was safely held in a locked room. We found this extremely useful and we're able to enjoy our last day in Venice without carrying our bags around. The collection went smoothly at the end of the day. I can recommend this service.

Usé el servicio de Radical Storage por primera vez. Pasé unos días en la Costiera y el último día en nuestro plan de visita fue dedicado a la ciudad de Nápoles. Teníamos 7 horas para pasar el rato en el centro antes de nuestro vuelo. Dejamos nuestro equipaje en el Hotel Chia. La recepcionista nos reservó una cálida bienvenida, comprobó nuestro equipaje en nos dio alguna información sobre cómo moverse en el centro histórico de la ciudad. Cuando regresamos, pedí información sobre un taxi y muy amablemente conseguimos uno reservado en la tarifa fija del aeropuerto. Voy a utilizar de nuevo Radical Storage y espero que la calidad de los Ángeles será siempre la misma que en este Hotel

I used the service of Radical Storage for the first time. I spent a few days on the Costiera and the last day in our visit plan was dedicated to Naples city. We had 7 hours to spend hanging around in the center before our flight. We left our luggage at Hotel Chia. The Receptionist reserved us a very warm welcome, checked our luggage in gave us some info on how to get around in the historical city center. When we came back, I asked information about a taxi and very kindly we got one reserved at the airport fixed fare. I will use again Radical Storage and I hope the quality of the Angels will always the same as in this Hotel
