Our Angel was delightful! She was very friendly and I felt great leaving our bags with her.
We used the service between two AirBnB locations and didn’t want to haul the luggage around all day.
She was kind enough to even put our homemade pasta sauce in the freezer.

Great and very convenient place to leave our bags for the day! The employees are very nice and understanding, and they make sure that our bags are kept safe by putting a tag on them and then keeping them in the back of the store. We were given a heads up of when the store closes and just to make sure to be back before then. It was a quick and breezy process! We will be back, thank you!!

El servicio Radical Storage que utilicé fue excelente. Estaban vigilando por mí (pasé por la tienda pero se dieron cuenta de que debía ser la reserva que debía ser así que me llamaron), y tenían un sistema muy bueno para manejar el equipaje. Todo el mundo era muy amable y rápido, y la tienda estaba justo al lado de Victoria, que era justo lo que esperaba. Sin duda voy a utilizar este servicio de nuevo - y es mucho mejor (más barato, sin colas) que el servicio de equipaje dejado de Victoria!
The Radical Storage service I used was excellent. They were keeping an eye out for me (I walked past the shop but they realised I must be the booking that was due in so they called out to me), and they had a very good system in place to manage luggage. Everyone was very friendly and prompt, and the shop was right next to Victoria, which was just what I was hoping for. I will certainly use this service again - and it is much better (cheaper, no queues) than Victoria's left luggage service!
