Una vez encontrado, resultó ser un restaurante. No un almacén. Ni taquillas, ni un lugar seguro. No comprobaban el pago ni el número de maletas, solo echaban un vistazo rápido a tu nombre. Era simplemente un espacio en una zona abierta en la parte trasera del restaurante. 3. El servicio fue agradable; tanto la mujer como el chico más joven fueron atentos y amables, y nos dijeron que también podíamos usar el baño. 4. Debe de haber mucha confianza aquí, porque podríamos habernos llevado la maleta de cualquiera y cualquiera podría haberse llevado la nuestra. Si buscas un sitio donde dejar tus cosas, es un sitio, pero no hay ningún tipo de seguridad, lo cual es muy preocupante. Really shocked about this storage 'company'. 1. Took us a lot time to find it after reserving online. No signs, no door number, only found it in relation to the street number and address and the neighbour's door had the next number. Google maps isn't accurate either. Google should lead you to the restaurant where they actually keep your luggage, or online they should quote the business name you are looking for (no sign of radical anywhere) 2. Once found, it was a restaurant. Not a storage facility. No lockers, no secure place. No checking of your payment or amount of bags, only a glace at your name. It was just a space in an open area at the back of the restaurant. 3. The service was nice, the women and younger man were both attentive and friendly and said we could use the restroom too. 4. Later, we came back to collect the bags (sat 3pm). We went in, it appeared to be closed. Lights off, no staff, we couldnt get anyone's attention. We waited outside for 5 mins, went back in and found a man. We didn't want to take our luggage without it being confirmed. 5. Collected our bags with the man. There was no confirmation of what or whose bag we were collecting. There must be a lot of trust here because we could have taken anyone's bag and anyone could have taken ours. If you're looking for a space to put your stuff, it's a space, however there isn't any security which is very worrying. Measures need to be taken to make it more easy to find, open all day and secure. I've added a photo of the location to make it easier for others.

Súper fácil. Hice una reserva de última hora la noche anterior. La ubicación me venía muy bien (más cerca del ferry que el lugar del que ya me había marchado) y me facilitó mucho el día.

Super easy. Made a last minute booking the night before. Location was convenient for my needs (closer to the ferry than the place where I had already checked out) and made my whole day easier.
