Cuando llegué el lugar no estaba abierto y era el horario comercial, tuve que llamar al número en el tablero y esperar al señor. En la recogida lo mismo, aunque era amable y seguro me sentí defraudado un poco.
When I arrived the place was not open and it was the business hours, had to call the number at the board and wait for the gentleman. On the pick up the same, even though it was friendly and safe I felt let down a bit

La persona de la tienda fue muy amable y simpática y nos sentimos muy seguros dejando la mayoría de nuestras pertenencias con ellos, ¡mientras podíamos disfrutar del centro de Ciudad del Cabo sin mochila!
The person in the store was very kind and friendly and we felt really safe leaving most of our belongings with them, while we could enjoy the Cape Town center backpack-free!
